Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP)

The MMTTP, conceived by the education sector, aligns with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which underscores the importance of nurturing motivated and skilled faculty, promoting a learner-centric teaching approach, and fostering collaboration among educational institutions. The MMTTP necessitates capacity building for faculty at all levels of higher education and empowers. By nurturing leadership potential within young faculty, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) can act as springboards for national success. The MMTTP aims to empower young faculty members, preparing them to take on future academic leadership roles and contribute to India's higher education ecosystem.

About Program Director:

Prof. Mamta Mohapatra: With more than three decades of experience, she is currently Professor of OBHR, Program Chair of the PGDM Online Program and Chairperson of the Centre for Women Leadership at IMI Delhi. She has extensive experience in teaching, research, training and consulting activities in the areas of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Organization Behaviour. She has trained more than 10,000 national and international participants from more than 70 countries working in Government, Public and Private sector Organizations.

Free Registration - Fully Funded by the Ministry of Education (GoI)

The course fee of Rs.50,000 per participant, includes boarding and lodging for 5 days, will be completely covered by MoE. However, travel expenses will need to be borne by the participant’s institution. Institutions are encouraged to nominate not more than two participants.

Target Participants

Regular / permanent faculty at recognised institutes duly nominated by the Directors / Vice Chancellors.

Accommodation will be arranged by the institute for the participants.
