This comprehensive program delves into the core principles of sustainability, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. Participants will explore how these concepts integrate with business operations, balancing social, environmental, and economic responsibilities. The course covers environmental sustainability, ESG reporting frameworks, materiality assessment, and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, it equips learners with practical skills in ESG auditing and performance evaluation. This intensive programme caters to mid-career and senior-level professionals across diverse sectors.

Prof (Dr) Sonu Goyal Prof (Dr) Monika Chopra
Prof. Sonu Goyal is the Dean Academics and Professor of Business and Corporate Strategy at IMI Delhi. She is also CSR Coordinator at IMI Delhi for the training of select CPSE’s of North India as part of the Department of Public Enterprises initiative 2011-2013. She holds a doctorate from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Her research focuses on Industry and Competitive Dynamics, CSR and Sustainable Development, Business in Emerging Markets and managing Innovations.
She chaired an International Conference on ‘Green Competitiveness for Sustainable Development’ with George Mason University and Monash University, and edited a book on ‘Green Business’. She has conducted management development programs for various private & PSUs. She leads open management programs on Strategic Thinking, Execution Skills, Leadership, Global Competitiveness, and CSR. She has extensive case writing experience across diverse industries and has conducted FDPs on case writing and teaching methodology. She taught ‘Doing Business in India’ for the Omnium Global Executive MBA Program at Rotman School of Management and University of St. Gallen.		 Prof. Monika Chopra is currently an Associate Professor at the IMI Delhi. She holds the position of Program Chairperson of the PGDM-18 months program and Area Chair -Finance and Accounting area at IMI. She holds a PhD. degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.She is also a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, USA. She has a Teaching Experience of 22 years. Her areas of teaching and research are Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Business Valuation, Private Equity, and Corporate finance.
She has authored several research papers in top-rated national and international journals and has coauthored two Books. She has also earned certifications viz ESG investing (CFA institute, US) (2023); Advanced Valuation (NYU Stern School of Business) (2019); Certificate in Investment Philosophies (NYU Stern School of Business) (2020).
