Dr. Shikha Aggarwal is an Associate Professor in operation management. She earned her FPM from MDI Gurgaon and brings over a decade of combined experience in academia and industry, including a notable six-year tenure at Goa Institute of Management.

Dr. Aggarwal teaches a variety of courses, including supply chain management, operations strategy, service operations, busniess statistics and case writing, to both postgraduate and doctoral students.has made significant contributions to academic literature, with eight papers published in top-tier ABDC A*/A/B journals, including one in Production and Operations Management (FT50). She has authored six cases for Ivey and The Case Centre, with one of her cases on supply chain resilience at Nissan Motors earning the Global Best Seller Award from Ivey Publishing in 2021. In addition to her academic and research achievements, she has designed and led impactful workshops on data analytics and supply chain analytics, training senior industry leaders from esteemed organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Colorcon, and KPMG.
