Niharika Gupta  

Dr. Niharika has joined IMI, Delhi as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. She has done her Ph.D. from FMS, University of Delhi and masters from IIT Bombay. She also holds a PGP degree in AI and ML from The University of Texas at Austin. She has more than five years of work experience. Prior to joining IMI, she has worked as an Assistant Professor at O.P. Jindal Global University. She has also worked at consulting firms like Deloitte and Evalueserve and has experience in managing business research projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Niharika’s research primarily focuses on consumer psychology and emotions. She is particularly interested in developing innovative approaches for services marketing and product recommendation on digital platforms. Her work has been recognized by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) in the form of full-term doctoral fellowship and published in reputed ABDC and Scopus-listed journals. She has also presented research papers in several international conferences such as organized by ORSI, PAN IIM, NASMEI, AIMS, SKEMA Business School, etc.

Being an educator, Dr. Niharika is passionate about fostering critical thinking and creativity in her students. She offers courses in Marketing Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Market Research, Services Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour, leveraging her multidisciplinary background to prepare students for real-world marketing challenges.
