Sauvik Kumar Batabyal is an Assistant Professor (OB & HR) at International Management Institute New Delhi. He holds a PhD in Management (OB & HR) from Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. He is a recipient of MSR-Fetzer Scholarship, jointly awarded by the Fetzer Institute and Management, Spirituality and Religion (MSR) Interest Group, Academy of Management. He has published papers in reputed ABDC ranked and Scopus indexed journals. His research interests include cyberloafing, mindfulness, personality, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, DEIBA and employer branding.

Teaching Interests: Organizational behavior, strategic human resource management, talent management, advanced performance management systems, employer branding, employee relations and management of unions.
