Ankita  Tandon

Dr. Ankita Tandon is an Associate Professor in the OB&HR Area at IMI New Delhi. She received her Doctoral degree (FPM) from IIM Kozhikode and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from University of Delhi. She has 10 years of work experience including academics and corporate. Before joining IMI New Delhi, she has worked with FLAME University, Pune as faculty. She has also been associated as a visiting faculty with IIM Kozhikode for two years. Her corporate experience has been in the field of learning and development with Centum Learning Solutions Ltd. She has conducted executive educations sessions at IMI New Delhi, IIM Kozhikode and FLAME University, Pune for organizations like Navitasys India Pvt. Ltd., NHPC Ltd., Lotus Petal Foundation, SBI Life Insurance, and Govt. of Kerala.

She has published her research in reputed high-impact journals such as Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Nonprofit Management & Leadership, PLOS One, and Frontiers in Psychology and has published two book chapters. She has also presented her research in several reputed national and international conferences such as EGOS Colloquium, the Academy of Management Conference, and the PAN IIM World Management Conference. She regularly reviews academic submissions for high-impact journals.

Her teaching interests include courses on learning and development, psychological assessment, design thinking, organization theory and design, organizational behaviour, organization change & development, and qualitative research. Her research interests include organizational learning and innovation, social entrepreneurship, novel organizational forms, work-life interface, women at work and qualitative research methods.
