Shikha  Bhatia

Dr Shikha Bhatia is Associate Professor in Finance and Accounting Area at International Management Institute New Delhi, India. She has over 16 years of experience as an academician, researcher, and trainer. Her research papers and cases have been published in reputed national and international journals. She has participated in several international and national conferences, workshops and faculty development programs. 

She has been awarded the Best Paper award for her research paper at Fourth National Conference on Indian Capital Market: Emerging Issues held at IBS Gurgaon. She was also awarded BIMTECH Young Scholar Award in ICMC2013 and ICMC2019 (International Conference on Management Cases 2013 and 2019), held at BIMTECH Greater Noida. She was a guest editor for a special issue in International Journal of Virtual Communities and Social Networking (IJVCSN). She is a reviewer of various refereed Journals. She has taught courses and imparted training in Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Valuation, Investment Banking and Financial Modelling. Her research interests include initial public offerings, corporate finance, ESG and financial literacy.
