Rajeev Bhardwaj, an esteemed alumnus from the Batch of 1994, is a People’s Leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience in Human Resources. He holds a sustaining career, in which he has curated and nurtured collaborative partnerships across multiple businesses and stakeholders. He is a big believer of the role that technology is playing and will play in creating an eco-system for delivering unique digital employee experiences in the future. Currently, he heads HR for Asia Service Centres (India and Philippines) and is a key part of Business and Human Resources Leadership Teams at Sun Life Asia and Canada.
