Developed & implemented procurement systems and contracts administration for large infrastructure projects. Prepared technical and financial proposals for works, in India and abroad, procured under multilateral financing arrangements. Assistance and technical guidance for compliance with the World Bank�s procurement & financial guidelines for financing of identified PPP sub- projects.
