I was the Gold Medalist in MBA batch of 3 year evening program which graduated in 1992. Have had a 32 year corporate career across Wipro Computers, Hindustan Unilever, Nokia India and Microsoft. My career journey has spanned across B2B and B2C Sales, Product Management, Distribution, Channel Strategy and Channel Management. I set up a new business for HUL at the age of 32 and launched the 1st Laptop of Wipro way back in 1992. I have been in CXO roles since 2009 both at India and Global levels. Have led a maximum team size of 300. Led cross functional Management Teams and handled Sales Operations for a US$ 3.5Billion business in India. My last role was Global Director for Channel Strategy & Development in HMD - the new company for Nokia phones. Over the last one year I am in Executive Search, working as Business Partner in a well regarded boutique search firm Lighthouse Partners.
