On the personal side, I am a hobbyist photographer for more than 10 years and it contributes a great deal to who I am or the way I see the world. On the professional front, I am a culturally adept & passionate HR professional currently working as an Expat in the capacity of Global Senior HR Business Partner for FINASTRA (3rd largest financial technology company in the world). As a part of my current role, I partner with Business Leaders to help them on people strategy for about 12% of organization across 38 countries in the world. I also help with reporting and analytics for BOR(Business Operating Review) meetings with CEO and the executive team on people data for more than 26% of the organization. Besides my core work, I am a part of 7 member Site-Leadership-Team which is cross-functional in nature making business decisions for the site here in Manila employing over 700 employees. As a part of my overall career contour, I've done Sales and a bit of Marketing for one of the largest conglomerates in India. I've worked for a not-for-profit consulting organization post MBA in PGDHRM for 2.5 years and I�m currently working with Finastra(erstwhile Misys) since Dec'15.
