I am currently working as a Senior Principal, Research At Gartner, a leading global research and advisory firm. My role entails creating thought leadership content and devising business transformation strategies to solve for management challenges faced by CxOs of Fortune 500 organizations by identifying root causes, generating hypotheses, and conducting primary and secondary research. I interview senior IT executives at large companies globally on their most pressing challenges, facilitate live and virtual presentations on our latest research with CIOs and IT leaders, and also coach junior researchers. Prior to Gartner, I have worked with EY for over two years, delivering data analysis and insights to the consulting teams including information on companies, markets, and economies that contribute to better understanding the clients� needs and opportunities.
