I have been fortunate to have been associated with two leading brands of the country - Hero MotoCorp and Aditya Birla group. In my 8 years of work experience I have handled varied portfolios from a Business partnering role to Talent acquisition and several projects under employee engagement , R&R and others. The experience that I have had so far has been not only insightful for my professional development but also has given me the opportunity to interact and work with experts across sectors and geographies as well. Organisation culture is a topic very close to my heart and unless our systems and processes are aligned to the predominant org culture it leads to stress in the system .
