A strategically oriented human resources professional with demonstrated ability to manage the human resources function and organizational dynamics within a global environment. Pooja is currently working with BT as HR Director for India and the Group Business Services globally. In her role she is responsible to partner with senior business and HR leaders to ensure BT fulfills its Talent agenda in India and globally for GBS. In her last role with Accenture, she was responsible for managing Accenture Technology�s HR operations globally across 55 countries spanning 140k employees. Between 2010 and 2014, Pooja was based in the Philippines where she held 2 distinct roles. First as Country Recruiting Director followed by HR Lead for Accenture Operations in Philippines where she partnered with business leadership teams to shape and deliver the HR strategic & operational agenda aligned to Business imperatives. Pooja started her journey with Accenture in 2003 supporting the Accenture Operations Business in India. Post which she held various roles supporting Accenture Technology, Accenture Operations & India wide HR teams to spearhead Talent Management and Acquisition. Prior to Accenture Pooja has worked with Indian Airlines in Industrial relations and Personnel Management.
