Manish Grover has rich experience of 28 years in Energy and Trading Sector. From executing Ash Handling Turnkey Projects in Indian Power Utilities to Physical Trading of Hard commodities globally across Energy, Steel, Aluminium and Infrastructure industry. Manish is from 1997 batch of International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi where he was awarded the Silver Medal and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, India. With experience of 19 years behind him, Manish founded Synergy Global Resources Pte Ltd, Singapore in 2010, chiefly trading in Coal and Iron Ore and later expanding the product line to include Bauxite, Limestone, Dolomite, Aggregate Stone, Manganese Ore etc. Geographically, the trade has been across Indonesia, India, China, Bangladesh, UAE, Thailand, Australia and South Africa. Manish has contributed to various trade journals including presenting Coal paper at International Coal Congress and Expo 2006 and being invited on the panel of Asia Steel Conference 2009 to talk about the prevailing Iron Ore market. Manish was invited to present a paper at Fourth Coal Summit 2012, New Delhi, India on �Approach for Long Term Imported Coal Contract� organized by India Energy Forum (IEF). This Summit was supported by Ministry of Coal, Ministry of Power, Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Mines and Ministry of Environment & Forest. Recommendations generated at the Summit were submitted to Govt. of India as part of National Policy formulation.
